WHAT AND WHERE IS “WILL CALL”?

When purchasing tickets by phone or online, you may choose to pick them up at Expo Ticket Xpress prior to the event. “Will Call” means that your tickets will be kept in the ticketing system until you will call for them either prior to the event or when you attend the event. Please be prepared to present a photo ID. Press and VIP tickets, or tickets left by a third party, may also be picked up at “Will Call”; a photo ID is required.

HOW CAN “STUBHUB.COM”, TICKETSNOW.COM”, ETC., ALREADY HAVE TICKETS FOR SALE AT INFLATED PRICES BEFORE THEY GO ON SALE AT “EXPOSQUARE.COM”?

Expo Square does not provide tickets to these companies. These sites are “speculating” that the sections they have listed will be available for them to sell. Re-sellers don’t buy tickets themselves, they provide an online marketplace for ticket brokers or individuals looking to sell and consumers looking to buy.

CAN I EXCHANGE TICKETS?

If the performance for which the tickets have been purchased has not yet begun, the tickets may be exchanged in person at Expo Ticket Xpress for a later performance; applicable per-ticket fees may apply.

I NEED AN ACCESSIBLE SEAT. CAN MY PARTY SIT TOGETHER?

ADA seating is available. Standard policy is one accessible seat plus one companion seat may be sold together.

HOW OLD DOES MY CHILD HAVE TO BE TO REQUIRE A TICKET?

Most events do not require a ticket for children under the age of two. However, in order for a child to have his/her own seat, a ticket is required. Some events intended for children (i.e. Disney on Ice, Sesame Street Live, etc.) require children over the age of one to have a ticket. To inquire about specific events, please contact (918) 376-6000.

CAN I GET A DISCOUNT ON A LARGE GROUP OF ATTENDEES?

Specific shows/events allow group discounts at the permission of the event organizer. The number that is considered to be a group varies on a show by show basis. Please contact Expo Ticket Xpress for information on a specific show at (918) 376-6000.

WHAT IF THE SHOW IS CANCELLED?

In the event of a cancellation, tickets may be returned to your point of purchase for a refund. If tickets were ordered by phone or online, a refund will be applied to the credit card used to purchase the tickets.

MY TICKETS WERE LOST OR STOLEN. WHAT DO I DO?

Any lost or stolen ticket can be reprinted at Expo Ticket Xpress. The person who ordered the tickets along with the proper credit card and photo ID will be required. Note: Barcodes on reprinted tickets cancel barcodes on previously-printed tickets.

IF I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND THE EVENT, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Tickets purchased are non-refundable; all sales are final.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

Expo Ticket Xpress accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards; no checks accepted.
