All information must be
filled out completely. Trainers with an open file at another race track may
attach a copy of the information requested below, provided it is complete and
accurate.
Stall Roster to be Released Friday, May 9, 2026
- Horsemen given stalls will be informed of a move-in date. The hauling of horses or shavings into Fair Meadows prior to that date is not permitted.
- Health Certificates (CVI) must accompany every horse shipping into Fair Meadows. All racing Quarter Horses, Paints and Appaloosas must also provide a negative Piroplasmosis test within the last year.
